Subject to interest and ticket availability Salvation Army FC are planning to arrange a trip to see England v Belgium on Saturday 2nd June 2012 at Wembley Stadium.
Notice of interest needs to be made known. Please email the club or contact through the usual chain of communication with immediate effect. Please see the attached document for details.
Belgium have some well known starts of the Premiership playing for them. Everton's Marouane Fellaini, Arsenal's Thomas Vermaelen and Manchester City Captain Vincent Kompany are all household names and Sunderland's keeper Simon Mignolet, currently playing in a mask and Fulham's Moussa Dembele may be names known to those that follow the Premiership.
But it's their youngsters that have caught the eye and new talent has already caught Chelsea's eye having bought Romelu Lukaku at the start of this season and Kevin De Bruyne only this week but immediately loaned him back to his Belgian club.
Perhaps the biggest star of Belgian football is a target of both Arsenal and Chelsea. Eden Hazard will no doubt be heading to these shores next season and is one of the exciting new talents that have seen a recent revival in Belgian football.
While Belgium have played in England within recent history they have not been at Wembley since 1965 so it's high time they paid a visit.
Hopefully the weather will be warm, the occasion exciting for a host of new young fans from our club so be part of it. England cannot treat this like any old run of the mill friendly. It's their last game before Euro 2012 so the squad will be fighting for a place in the starting line up.
Please don't wait. The club needs to know as soon as possible.
